Our stay was perfect. We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. Overall the apartment felt cozy and super safe! My family enjoyed their stay here a lot.

The washer and dryer did not work, stove dirty apartment

Farther out but good access to public transport, clean, nespress machine a nice perk, nice neighborhood. Bathroom door needs a doorstop.

Posted 30 May 2024 on HotelsVery bad communication between the hotel administration and the cleaningstaff. We arrived at the apt. around 3:00 pm and the apt. was not cleaned yet. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. But the night before I talked to someone because I had not received the code to enter the apt. and I told her we were gone be there around 3:00 pm... Fortunately the nice man stop the job he was going and start cleaning our apt. Very nice .

Nice apartment, quiet area.
Posted 29 May 2024 on HotelsThe apartment was really nice and up to date. 20 min ride from the nearest metro station to the old town in Prague. Just a very short walk to metro station. Lidl supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Felt safe walking at night.
The only small issue we had was the AC in the bedroom did not work, but we made do with the one in the living room and a fan. We were offered a different room, but were ok to stay as we were very tired and felt it was cool enough. Also, there was a dirty ashtray that housekeeping missed on the table in the balcony. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.
