Really nice hotel. The rooms are a good size beds are great and the staff are really friendly

The rooms are not clean. Very dusty and poor ventilation. Rooms needs to be vacuumed and cleaned every day to prevent this. Using eco as an excuse is not acceptable. Dust builds up and gets in the airways, especially when the heating is turned up. Toilets also don’t have good ventilation which is unhygienic.

Upon arrival, we informed the property that we needed to cancel two out of the three nights. They assured us we would receive a refund, but now they are refusing to honor that commitment. It appears this hotel cannot be relied upon to uphold verbal agreements.

Was stunned by the hotel. Room was beautiful and bathroom was too. In an excellent location. Roof top bar was amazing, went every night. Couldn’t reccomend this hotel more

Fantastic stay in an eclectic hotel conveniently located in the heart of Vienna. The staff were excellent and took great care of us. Highly recommend!

Had a great time there best sleep / bed I had used in a month in Europe will miss it on the second leg of my trip
