Very well maintained property and provided us with a comfortable stay. We stayed at this hotel when visiting Vienna to attend their many Christmas markets. The hotel is less than 5 mins walking from Vienna’s main Christmas market in from of their parliament building, making it very convenient. It’s also walkable to many other markets although taking public transport may be easier for some that don’t want to walk far distances. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were also welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Rathaus Christmas Market. It does have a grand feel, is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it!

We arrived at this property, our shower door was broken, he then proceeded to move us room but wasn’t the room we originally booked. He then gave us another two options which one was fine. But clearly no one checking rooms prior. Bar is not a bar they didn’t have no gin either.
