The ac had a big noise, they did not even care on changing the room,

Everything was great except the staff at the front desk.
1. On arrival, they allocated a wrong room. I had booked a junior suite and they allocated me a lower grade room.
2. When asked they allocated me another room stating that this is a junior suite which it wasn't
3. Then instead of an upgrade they offer to cancel the whole booking, if I am unhappy.
4. Overall the front desk experience was quite bad.
5. Dining and cleaning staff were good.
