Very nice hotel , located close to train station Wein Mitte Area around Hilton Plaza much nicer

Hotel is very clean and room was very spacious. Staff, on the other hand, could be better. Checking in/checking out staff was cold. Seemed like they were doing me a favor. I was waiting to get my bag after I had stored it. For 10 minutes no one paid any attention to me. Only when I came up to an employee and waived luggage tag in front of them. Feels like this should be more proactive. I’m standing by the counter for a reason, you know.
