Nos alojamos en el 25A, tuvieron el detalle de regalarnos un espumoso rosado y bombones para celebrar la Nochevieja! Fueracuatro grados bajo cero y dentro genial... si volvemos a Viena repetiremos!

駅からも近くスーパーマーケットも歩いてすぐの場所に2件あり便利でした。ドラム式洗濯機ありますが、乾燥までに時間がかかります。お部屋も広くて快適に過ごせました。

Posted 28 Apr 2023 on HotelsAbbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale. L'appartamento è molto ampio e la cucina dotata di ogni confort.
La struttura è collocata in una posizione strategica, accanto a una fermata della metro e a pochi passi dal museum quartier e dal centro.
Molto gentile lo staff e utilissima la possibilità di affittare un lettino per i neonati

Jeg sulle rykke mange gange for at få adgangskode til intjekning. Meget larm om natten fra andre gæster i bygningen.

We are very sorry to read that you were unsatisfied with your stay. However, it feels difficult for us to comprehend the negative impacts you are stating in your review. The checkin codes are being sent out to our guests several days prior arrival, so you had all necessary information in your email. Furthermore, we are always available by phone if you have any questions and we are happy to help you further.
Also it is hard to understand that it was so noisy inside the building because of other guests, when there were only 2 booked apartments including yours, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The second apartment has been booked by a family, so it is hard to imagine that it was as noisy as you have described it.
Also it would have been helpful if you would have contacted us during your stay for any issue whatsoever, so we would be able to help out on the spot.
In any ways, we thank you for staying with us and wish you all the best.
