It was clean and convenient in terms of locations. The bed was so uncomfortable. the staff at the restaurant/bar were very rude. It was too expensive, breakfast should have been included and the amenities could have been better.

We booked the middle choice on Expedia and got downgraded to the basement. Staff never checked in with us to see how our stay was. The room had cobwebs and bugs. The walls are thin so you can hear all of the neighboring noises and you hear ever time the toilet flushes via the pipes in the rooms above us. House keeping did make the bed everyday though. Don't have a whole lot to praise the hotel for unfortunately. We had to shift our way through conference goers in the hallway from our elevator (not even the main elevator) at the back of the hotel.

Just bang average overall and overpriced. Staff are not very helpful upon check in (provided no overview of property, handed key card without room number). Whole vibe feels more like a hostel than hotel which is a shame given the price point. You only get your room cleaned every two nights so if you stay for two nights your room never gets freshened. Spend the $50/night to go somewhere else cause this place ain’t worth it.
