This was the worst experience with any place I have ever rented both from the apartment itself and the customer service could not have been any worse. There is no parking at the apartment as advertised, but is an open and sketchy lot with quite a walk. On top of that, the elevator was broken for two of three days and we were on the fifth floor. Anyone with mobility issues should avoid.
The air conditioner was broken the whole stay with no attempt to get it fixed by the owner.
On our last day there, when we arrived at the apartment at midday, the apartment did not have power. The entire rest of the building had power but only our apartment was out. Our laundry was trapped in the washer and we could not open the door. When we wrote to the person to tell them there was no power, they said there wasn’t anything they could do about it until the next day but then it should be fine because “you don’t need electricity to sleep.” It was very early in the evening, so the fans couldn’t run and it was uninhabitably hot. we couldn’t use the kitchen or fridge so food went bad. They did not get our clothes out until 11 pm and they were dripping wet. We had to spend an additional 400 euro for a new hotel for our last night.
The property then refused to refund the last nights stay and refused to even answer questions from Expedia when Expedia contacted them.
Avoid this. If anything happens, customer service is terrible.
