外部陳舊，內部新穎，提供的設備相當足夠，周遭有eurospar 賣場和BIPA，相當方便，距離市區有一小段具哩，停車不用錢，若有機會，還會再入住

Das Treppenhaus machte keinen einladenden Eindruck; in der Wohnung selber war die Sauberkeit mangelhaf;, Lage zur Straße und dadurch laut; Wohnungseinrichtung, auch der Küche war ok, Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt relativ gut
