Superb Central Apartment Hotel great location.
Posted 1 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe has a superb location, very well stocked with all necessities. We were greeted by a very gracious landlord Daryoush Voshmgir. Mr Voshmgir went to great lengths to explain the advantages of the location, very helpful. The apartment itself was quiet, elevator access a step from the room door. AC, washer, all other appliances worked well. Many top locations are within easy walking distance, and beyond a major hub Ubahn (metro) station very close by. I would not hesitate to return to this apartment hotel in future. Mr Voshmgir goes out of his way to meet you at the door when you arrive, he will be waiting for you. No issues at all.

The room was as advertised, professionally cleaned, and appointed comfortably. Herr Voshmgir was a bit odd to interact with; he was not very pleasant or courteous to us. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware etc but not really anything in the way of pantry staples. Luckily there are a number of grocery stores within close walking distance.
A note for American guests: the laundry machine is a washer and dryer in one, but the dryer is not very effective at all. Line drying is much more effective. As is typical of the area, shampoo/body wash is provided but not conditioner. All grocery stores close early on Saturday and are closed all day on Sunday.

Unfortunately It's allways very difficult to respond to anonymous reviews:
The reproach that Mr. Voshmgir was strange and not accommodating to the guests, is decidedly rejected, since this behavior is not the kind of Mr. Voshmgir. This is also featured in hundreds of reviews and other feedbacks on the internet about Central Apartments Vienna (CAV).
The compllain that the kitchen was fully equipped, however, no food was offered is due to the requirements of the Austrian authorities, which do not allow storage or supply of food for reasons known!
To the complain that the washer dryer is not drying properly is to say that the drying is a matter of adjustment. If you do not know for how long to set the dryer, you can not get good results.
I had once a guest, complaining that the AC doese not cool properly.The reason was he had put the aircon on 26 degree Celius, I believe he changed colling and heating.
Regarding the complain that we have well povided shampoo and body wash but not conditioner need not any comments.
We believe that the nature of the above complaints is self-explanatory for their sense, accuracy and legality
Our goal is always to reach the guests' complete satisfaction.

The third bed was just a mattress on a sofa so the mattress went a bit off the sofa. Other than that it was a good little apartment

Unfortunately this guest is mistaking us with an other apartment builing and has not been stying at Central Apartments Vienna (CAV) in mühlgasse 6. We do not know where they have been staying.
