I feel there are bed bugs here. I was very itchy after sleeping one night.
Besides this, all other things are excellent.

Hotel was ok but in this day and age just kettle and coffee is not much to ask.

Close to the train station and tram, well-furbished, no checkout needed
The only con is that they don't provide a kettle tea/coffee in the room to drive people to use the paid coffee machine in the lobby
