We highly value your feedback on the breakfast and will work on improving the availability of food.We regret that you were not satisfied with the parking options. As the garage is not owned by the hotel and is operated by an external provider as a public garage, we unfortunately have no control over pricing, parking space size, and availability. Despite our continuous inquiries, we are currently unable to offer any cooperation. Since March 2022, there has been a comprehensive short-term parking zone in Vienna for all drivers, which is only lifted at night and on weekends, allowing free parking on the street (pay attention to the signage).
