Family apartment Landgutgasse
Posted 18 Jun 2024 on HotelsShort walk from the main train station, good communication about key drop off on day of arrival, beds were very comfortable, Lidl is around the corner, bathroom could be a bit cleaner, staircase up to the apartment could do with some lighting, about a 35 minute walk into the city centre but good public transport available.
Overall very good and would stay there again if going back to Vienna

Perfect for our needs. We had one evening before heading to Prague. This stay was easy to access from the airport, we had a taxi drop us off. It was very close to the subway though and easy to access. It was very clean and comfortable and quite roomy.

Very modern apartment inside of the old building. There were repair works around the building.
The apartment was in excellent condition and good equipped.
Good location.

We didn’t have chance to enter into the apartment and spent 2 hours on the stairs, because they lost the key and didn’t find them. On the phone they said that probably cleaning company took it and they’ll try to reach them. But no one call us back even after 5 hours. So, we walked to another hotel. Expedia said the money are not refundable, which is ridiculous since we didn’t have even chance to enter the hotel.

When you contacted us around 14:00, we forwarded you the key code for the apartment. At this time, the apartment wasn't clean, so the key was still inside the apartment. Our cleaning staff cleaned the apartment until 15:00, so it would not have been any problem to check in. You did not contact us at all during the 5 hours that you mentioned and the apartment was available for you, which is why we cannot refund any money for the reservation. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Posted 17 Jan 2020 on HotelsNot recommend.. there is no lift n it was not indicate in the booking website, the apt was located at 3rd level n we had to carry the luggage up, the staircase to the apt was very creepy, dark n dirty, like ghost building i cant believe this apt is sell under check vienna
