Just returned from a 4 night stay had an excellent and enjoyable vacation
Hotel is very convenient to all attractions and museums
Liked the roof top bar where the staff were very attentive
The dining room was very convenient and reasonably priced.
Will definitely return to this hotel and can highly recommend to all future travelers

Our room was sufficient, but very very small. Would have liked a little more elbow room. Bathroom was well lit, but no shelves or places to put things down. Definitely a party place at night in the bar on the roof. Restaurant was good but a little pricey. Friendly staff.

Great location and surprisingly clean rooms. Usually a site is lacking in location or cleanliness, but this place was excellent with both. Service was great, amenities were great. The ONLY negative I can say about 25hour is the pillows. There is nothing there, it is like sleeping on a sheet. Otherwise, great hotel.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location, with fantastic bars and restaurants nearby, all frequented by locals. However, the rest of my experience was disappointing, and the reasons for my low rating are too lengthy to fully explain. The biggest issue was the nightclub located directly above my room, which completely ruined my 4-night stay. Despite booking the most expensive room, it felt very basic, with the incredible view being the only highlight.
There was poor management, with no communication between the front desk and management. The room came with a free mini-bar, but it was never stocked, even after I requested it three times. The hotel's website was misleading, and the room description and facilities did not align with what was actually offered. The promised luxury experience was far from what I received.
I have already informed both Expedia and the hotel that this booking violated my consumer rights, and I’ve filed a formal complaint. I’m awaiting a response and will pursue further action if needed. I hope the hotel updates their website with a disclaimer about the noise issue, especially for their highest-grade rooms.

Clean and quiet hotel, staff was very attentive. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to main attractions. The rooftop is a good option to end up the day.
