Posted 13 Jun 2024 on HotelsI originally planned a single night's stay but was taken ill just as I was about to leave. The hotel were so helpful as they called an ambulance and looked after my belongings whilst I was in hospital.
They also arranged for a room to be available for a couple of days when I was discharged from hospital.
Very helpful and nice big apartment rooms, with the river running by right out front.

I liked the location the property and their kindness. breakfast was very good.And their apartment is clean,
. however the TV is too small.

It is located in a nice little town with many chalets and skiing close by. Our receptionist was able to communicate in English which was nice. It was hot and we were looking forward to a little swim before dinner. We weren't allowed in the pool with no bathing cap. They were 6 or 7 euros each. Worked out to $18 Canadian - not worth it. The rooms are old and dated and the bed extremely uncomfortable. NO AIRCONDITIONING!! Even though the nights cooled down, it took a long time for the apartment to cool enough to sleep. No fans either. Very disappointing!!

as you can read in our website you must have a swimming cap to get into the pool. We do not have air -conditioning. As a client it is your responsability to inform yourself about our servicies, policies, and others possible doubts, through your agengy or mailing the hotel. All this ... just for a compulsory swimming cap. we are also in disagreement with you. Best Regard

nice room with views out to the mountains, this is my second visit in the summer months, this is out of the real season (Snow sports) for this property, everything but food was available, the town had plenty of places to eat , so no problems.
