The worst and crappy hotel in the area I never stay in a hotel like that dirty people smokes I don’t know what in the room oldest hotel in the whole country nothing like what you guys describe on the pictures

Fantastic hotel and location, feels more like a 4 star hotel totally to recommend

The hotel is in a beautiful location with a great seafood restaurant within walking distance. Staff of hotel were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. The air conditioning was weak. We would stay here again.

Avoid if you can
Posted 10 Feb 2019 on HotelsThe lady at reception was very nice and breakfast was acceptable but on the day we arrived there was no hot water or glasses in the room or bathroom which is not what you expect for supposedly the best hotel in town. Check out was very early at 10a.m with no possibility of a late check out although we were allowed to wait in the lounge albeit that there was no avalanche of people checking in so on the face of it the management need some customer care training.

I LIKE LIKE THE BREAKFAST FOOD AND SPACIOUS AREA. I LIKE THE CLEANLINESS. SERVERS ARE VERY PLEASANT & HELPFUL.
I DON'T LIKE THAT NONE OF THE STAFF CAN'T COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH. BEING A PLACE TO BE VISITED BY FOREIGNERS, MY SUGGESTION IS THAT AT LEAST ONE STAFF SHOULD BE AVAILABLE E TO SPEAK ENGLISH. I DON'T LIKE THE TIMES WHEN THERE WAS NO ELECTRICITY. I AM AFRAID THAT IT WOULD HAPPEN WHILE I AM IN THE ELEVATOR. DURING OUR 2 DAY STAY, ELECTRICITY WENT OFF COUPLE OF TIMES WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION WHY IT HAPPENED & WHEN IT WOULD BE BACK ON. ONE TIME I WAS IN THE SHOWER AND IT WAS VERY SCARY. THERE SHOULD BE A GENERATOR THAT WOULD KICK ON RIGHT AWAY.

Good location near the waterfront

Pros: Good secure undercover parking.
Cons: Air conditioning on hot days.
Location: Location is right accrss from the river and it's a really nice stroll and family friendly area.
AC was turned off mid-afternoon and cooling did not come back on that night, for a hot room this was uncomfortable and 'nothing could be done'. Lower River view room had lots of traffic noise ( windows open to cool the hot room).
Otherwise clean but care-work.
