"Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! We booked three upper deluxe room. Showed up and was told rooms were sold out. The receptionist had to go make several phone calls to management who was not on site. Hotel tried to make us pay extra for one room upgrade while downgrading the other two rooms. They comped us by giving us “breakfast” even though our booking included breakfast. Breakfast was very limited. My daughter ended up having a stomach ache afterwards. Only one working elevator. The lights in the stairways were not well lit making it dangerous at night to use. The AC did not function. Bugs crawling in the rooms. Bathrooms were moldy with low water pressure for showers. Parking advertised as free but ended up costing us money. Fortunately, we booked only one night. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Try a 1 star motel. Take your money elsewhere and do not book here. "

"To begin with the property just wasn't ready for guests. Work was still being done, trash was everywhere, and when there was the slightest stain on an already dirty bed cover, many people had no doubt left those stains and had to pay to "replace' them, but they were used over and over. Who puts a large tv in a non air conditioned room with wooden chairs? An idiot or a liar, thats who! They argued every single point and as an example, before even trying to wash a towel, wanted to bill me to wash it. The same with the bed cover. It was very simply a scam in the midddle of a beautiful environment. The staff when i tried to leave, because i am not Vietnamese, told the cab driver not to take me. So before they even washed any items, they wanted to be paid. They had 2 cards on file, and still it was 6 of them and one of me. Ine man, the rest women. Finally my partner paid them but i assured them just like im writing this, Expedia will not pay them for the bait and switch routine. Avoid the place like the plague. Low customer service and the staff all haggling behind the management back to get paid to clean or do laundry. NOT A SINGLE HONEST PERSON there except for the night security "
