Staff couldn't do enough for us (Francisco who checked us in was brilliant), including the bar tenders in the fabulous bar on the 25th floor. The city view room didn't disappoint, with 180 degrees of the city from the dual aspect windows. Excellent all round. "

"Lovely Hotel very conveniently positiined for DFO, Crown Casino and trams. Bery comfortable, been grdat looking over the river each night, has a cafe attached for your coffee fix in the morning. Great staff always friendly 2nd stay here and would stay again."

"Across the road from Spencer Station. Good for those who catch the skybus and dont wanna wheel luggages around for too long on the roads/footpaths. Breakfast buffet was really good. They serve breakfast between 6:30-9:30am. We stayed 1 night and slept well. Both soft and firn pillows were set up. Bathroom was spacious and clean."
