Extremely disappointed
Posted 20 Jun 2024 on HotelsThe staff was very friendly, which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. When I enter my room It felt OK but after a while, I started feeling warm. I called down and asked if I could get some help with the thermostat. They told me it been fixed, and that the larger generator was being used. After an hour, I didn’t notice any difference so I asked to be switched to a different room. After being in this room For a couple of hours, I noticed the same problem. They told me they would have someone come look at it. Nothing changed. I decided to let it go and deal with it after a sleepless night. I was a bit frustrated. The next day, I decided to get some work done on my computer, but to no avail. The Wi-Fi was constantly on and off throughout the day, which was quite frustrating. I called and asked for help and they said that I should just keep trying and it should get better, but it never did. I finally realize that it wasn’t worth the money for me to stay here through the weekend, so I called down and told them that we would be leaving and I was assured that I would only be charged for one night stay. Hotel.com eventually reached out to me and said that they were not able to get approval for a refund due to the lack of communication with the hotel. I would like to say I’m surprised, but I’m actually not. Needless to say, I won’t be staying here next time I’m in town. Very Disappointed

Good location for shopping especially with a car.Need more choices in breakfast. Staff was excellent and helpful. Room always cleaned and well tidy.
Will recommend it to anyone

Beautiful Hotel not to far from attractions. The only thing that was my concern is evening outside not really safe if walking. Other then that my stay was good.
