Even though I booked this property in advance through expedia, the reception told me that all the rooms were fully booked when I visited there.
The attitude of the receptionist was the worst ever in my life. I showed the booking confirmation via smartphone and asked them to check with expedia but they told me that there was nothing they can do and asked me to contact with expedia by saying that I was the one who made the reservation. I was totally disappointed and left this property.
