Second time staying here! What a great location … rooms were spacious and well appointed ! Loooved the cafe downstairs! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in a very long time! Christmas ambiance was lovely! Well done!!!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic amenities and location. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the little touches like having creamers in the fridge.

Had a great stay for a girls’ weekend in Victoria. The rooftop s’mores were a highlight! Unique and beautiful lobby with the koi pond. Easily walkable to dining, shopping, sightseeing. Spacious room with a nice balcony, and very clean with great toiletries. Pool and hot tub were the only disappointing part. No natural light and the hot tub tile has an unappealing rusty tinge. Everything else was excellent.

Disappointed there was no room service at all, not even a glass of wine. Room was nice but no upgrade available from the 2nd floor.

Amazing property, walkable location but one fly in the ointment is there is no air conditioning/hvac, wish I had known that the rooms are abnormally warm (in October) our thermostat said 26 degrees with baseboard heat and opening a window your only options. We had all the window s open but then of course we were listening to a lot of loud street noise, and for some reason still quite warm, I didn’t sleep much at all. But as long as you don’t mind it being quite warm this would be a great option, very spacious.
