"I need pay extra fee, after pay my stay. The elevator is broken , my room is in 4th floor, I need use the stairs. The phone in my room no working, when I need something I need going down stair all the time"

Estava tudo indo muito bem, até que chegou a hora do check out. No dia anterior fui fazer uma prévia para que, caso tivesse alguma contestação, ja a fizesse, sem pressa no dia de ir embora. Dito e feito: colocaram o IVA (imposto para cidadãos chilenos e estrangeiros com mais de 60 dias no país). Como o meu caso não era...
