Room qas dirty. Asked for non smoking room, smelled like smoke. Felt very unsave with people outside "chilling".

The room was dirty. Hole in the restroom door. Dirty underwear under chair. Eye solution on table. Phone not working . 2 remotes for tv 1 to turn on and the other one for the volume. Mouse traps laying around. Dirty mirco wave.Dog food on floor. Dirty carpet not vacuum. Also room had roaches. Soap was old it was all broken in packet. Hair tie on bathroom floor.The swimming pool looked like tge swamp.The room only had two good things bed was comfy and hot water.I would like my money back.

Bathroom Light switch and smoke detector falling out wall and ceiling Ceilng tiles above bath tub were soaked with water and about to fall in the tub had bad older water stains and damage as well Had a water drip could not tell if it was coming from the tub facet or ceiling to scared to touch light switch to turn on light to see At check in which was about 5 minutes after i made reservation was told they had no first floor king beds left. They also do not serve any kind of breakfast and i paid for a continental breakfast Pictures they show are nothing like what this place looks like. I have stayed at America Best before since i only needed a room overnight i did not need anything fancy. But this place should be shut down

Dirty, Smelled really bad, water didn’t work etc
