Staff was very helpful. Rafael picked us up at the airport and and provided guides and suggestions for what we should see and do while we were in Victoria Falls. Tracy made breakfast and dinner for us. Beds were very comfortable. The five bedroom house was perfect for our group of 9.

Property was not aware of my booking. Attempted to give me one room with one bad (reservation was 2 BR Apt with 4 beds). WiFi was good when there was power. No power most of the time. Generator ran out of fuel. When running did not provide power for lights or outlets (not able to recharge phones or camera batteries) - definately no AC. Did not provide flashlights. No water at all (no shower, toilet, or even drinking water) and did not even provide one bottle of water. Property was locked up at night (no warning) and luckily able to find a door not properly locked after a night safari. Left after one day.

When I booked this lodge and the main reason I booked it was it said they had an indoor pool, night club, and a casino. When I got there they had none of these. You list this property with out even checking it out to see if what they claim is true. I stayed only long enough 2 nights until I could book another lodge. I paid Expedia $1680.00 for this lodge and when I got my refund from them I only received $1181.00. After you took your commission of $303.00 plus the 2 nights I stayed that was all that was left. You charged $104.00 a night but I only got $98.00 a night in refund. I feel that Expedia should only take 2 nights commission and I should receive the balance.

Our apologies for inconvenience caused and misunderstanding hence we opted to refund you. We got main pool and lovers Jacuzzi pool onsite. Night clubs and casino are 3kms away in town were we offered free shuttle. We pride in our service customer comes first hence we refunded opted to refund you. Commissioner Expedia went we called togethered offered to refund you contact them dirrct let us know if face challenges. client is always right in the way we do business

The staff were very kind and helpful. They provided excellent food. The property needed some repairs. There was no hot water for a shower, and the fan in one of the bedrooms did not work. They could have provided mosquito nets in the bedrooms so we did not get bitten by bugs at night.

Thanks for feed back it helps us to keep up with customers needs. Hot water we have both electric and solar gysers may be you did not get shown how to open warm water. All rooms are airconditioned hence fans we no longer using them. I wish if u had stated what needs repairs we will check though but rooms look perfect from our view
