The only thing initially was when checking in there was only a woman that spoke Italian so was a bit confusing for me but she still gave me the key for the room etc...a little afterwards another woman was there that could speak English and the payment was sorted out. "The hotel is very convenient for the station and the main sights are walkable from it. If you have a room on the road side there is a fair amount of noise.
