"This hotel was very "White Lotus" in the best way. It is
luxurious
and immaculate. Our room had an amazing view of Lake Lugano that took my breath away. The staff was helpful and attentive; they arranged a shuttle to pick us up at the train station and also to bring us into town for a dinner reservation. We could have spent hours down by the lake and pool but also just watching the view from our balcony. The only downfall was the price of the food (40 chf for a club sandwich seemed a little...

"For me, the biggest reason why you come to Villa Sassa is the majestic view or the surrounding areas. It's a scene out of a movie. Beautiful with a lake view. The only thing that could be better is having more kid friendly food options and a major paint job of the buildings, as it looks outdated and takes away from the aesthetic view of the property. "
