The room was not clean. The facility had dog poop in the foyer outside the elevator. Not well monitored. Will not use this facility again.

I deserve my money back
Posted 26 Jun 2024 on HotelsI was told at check in they were working on the water but it would be back on in a little bit. It never came back on, I could not flush the toilet, have a drink of water, brush my teeth or take a shower before I checked out.

Room misrepresented.
Posted 15 Apr 2024 on HotelsVisible clutter in reception area. I opted for a handicap accessible room. Bedside with lamp only 1" from heater/ac unit. The other side had no lamp with large chair taking up space. I'm 5'6" and I could barely reach the hand held shower head. The bench secured to the bathtub would have resulted in a face full of shower water. Room was clean but I will never stay here again.

Get ready for a hike!
Posted 17 Nov 2023 on HotelsRequested first floor handicap room - got 3rd floor handicap 7 doors down from elevator (quite a walk for me). The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. No ice on any floor- you have to go to front desk and ask they give a trash can liner full of ice!! The fire alarm went off and the blinking lights lasted over an hour (there was no fire). No breakfast just terrible machine coffee.

We are renovating, and unfortunately that was the only handicap room we had available at that time. I'm also sorry about the alarm going off. The lights were blinking in your room because our handicap rooms are also for the hearing impaired. We don't have ice machines yet, because of the renovation. The plastic bags filled with ice was to accommodate those that wanted ice. I'm sorry the presentation was lacking. We will change that in the future. Again, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We hope to see again in the future.

Great location, friendly staff!!
Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsMy stay was amazing!! I actually arrived a day earlier than my reservation and the hotel was extremely accommodating. the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My room was excellent and very clean. I felt safe. the entry way to the hotel when leaving is bothersome, you cant see oncoming traffic when trying to leave the hotel. Very well located near all the food places
