. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. The spa experience was good. But the pool on the 7th floor was in bad condition. Dozens of loose little tiles and dirt at the bottom. But, all in all, we would stay again. "

"Located pretty centrally in Vichy, this hotel is extremely comfortable. I did request a superior room and it was lovely. Tastefully decorated, large and comfortable with two balconies which overlooked the park. The staff from arrival to departure were polite and courteous. My motorcycle was safely parked in a locked garage which was ideal and with the 5€ suppliment. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice and friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Excellent."

"A lovely little hotel close to the centre of town. Room was not big but it’s layout was obviously well thought out with plenty of places to put things away and a good desk. Unlike most hotels here they did have a couple of British entertainment channels on tv. Breakfasts were normal continental but well laid out and in a bright airy room."
