Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The staff was wonderful, the food was great, and the room was comfortable and clean . I would definitely recommend it.

Very well located with nice views of the street and castle. Restaurant/ breakfast was very good.
The only down side was that our room was on the first floor and we could hear all the noise from the restaurant at night and in the early hours.

Outstanding for my dietary needs.
Posted 23 Jul 2023 on HotelsWe had such a lovely stay and the staff bent over backwards to make our stay that way. In particular, I have such difficult dietary restrictions and the kitchen staff were able to adapt the menu to suit my needs, even going off-menu to feed me.
The room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable and the views were stunning. We will definitely be returning again.

This hotel overlooks the river and has a decent buffet breakfast. The pub downstairs looks good but I didn’t get the chance to eat there as I was o oh there for one night. Lots walks near by and the town is sleepy but charming.
