Neuf donc très propre. Café gratuit c'était très appréciable. Rapport qualité prix incroyable. Si on chipote, 2 détails : température de la douche qui ne reste pas stable et on ne peut pas fermer la salle de bain a clé mais ce n'est rien du tout.
