"When we arrived I was not on the best as there speared to be little snow,the room was too small and dark. They provided a lamp. The following day we skied the staff were great the bar and lounge perfect with great singer. I have decided to take my family back as is in a perfect position. The garden rooms need a light apart from that Great Hotel. "

"The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... "TERRIBLE HOTEL. We were overcharged to stay at a glorified youth hostel. This 100 occupancy hotel was taken over by a 70-80 group of badly behaved school children. The owner did not have any consideration for the other guests. I am writing this review to inform anyone who is considering staying at this hotel, as there was not any information (warnings) on any website when we booked our holiday."

"stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...

"Generally good, staff was really good and helpful- wasn’t able to dine on site for dinner due to tour group, but there was no signage saying so ahead of time ( would have eaten in town earlier). Room had a few repairs needed like light bulb in bathroom and drain plug in tub not sealing ( it was a jet tub, so needed). Beautiful location- and again great staff!!!!"
