Four months before our stay I had an error on dates and both Expedia and our hotel blamed each other and said they could not help me correct the error so I lost a nights stay. When I mentioned this during the check in the front desk blamed Expedia again even though Expedia contacted them and said they would honor the horel working with us. Ugh. That being said, the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the ground floor was filled with travelers relaxing, a fun restaurant and bar, and a social outlet if you wanted to meet others. Because of the reservation problems I did not want to return there after going to the golden circle.

Lovely hotel, staff do friendly and helpful, spa was nice, restaurant and bar were lovely.
Easy walk into Reykjavik centre as well
And lovely cat Mango sleeping in the chairs!
