The hotel may advertise all of their amenities on site from their website but Expedia uses that to attract a sale. When you are there in person you learn there is an added fee for everything except breakfast ( frukost) which was the best and the staff are friendly as well at breakfast. Staff at the reception area will get you connected to their activities but information had to be extracted to understand logistics, especially around swimming.

It's the second time we are staying at this hotel. Location is great being so close to the railway station and Tivoli Gardens. Nice big rooms with very comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

Excellent hotel near the railway station. The breakfast was perhaps my favourite with a large variety of foods to choose from.

Stay here if you like a condescending staff

This hotel looked like it attempted to have good design but it was pretty basic and a bit worn down. There were zero items in the bathroom besides a body wash. The bed was just ok and pillows were so stiff we couldn’t use them. Honestly though, the most disappointing factor was the staff. Each person was condescending and seeened irritated if you asked anything. Our last morning, we ran out to see the city and came back 10 minutes before checkout just grab our suitcases from the room and leave for the airport. The keys were deactivated so I went to the desk to ask them to reactivate and the response was dirty looks and “well it’s checkout so that’s why” and I said right, at noon. And she again flashed me a look and said that’s in 5 min. I looked at my phone, it wasn’t. I told her I just wanted to get my bags out of the room. But really, why the rudeness, it still wasn’t checkout time and all we wanted were our bags. I had to keep coming back 3 times for new cards to work and I said we really need to go to the airport but still I was receiving so much condescension and indifference and the last attempt she handed me the card and said dryly “good luck”. We just ended up begging a cleaning person to let us in our room so we could get our bags. It was honestly absurd to be treated that way when all we wanted was to leave to make it to our flight. But I shouldn’t have expected anything different bc service was very rude from the time of check-in.

We had a nice large room but cleaning crew forgot to clean out the refrigerator and left a pizza/box. That was a turn off.

This hotel was perfect for distance to central station and tivoili gardens. Lovely staff with free tea, coffee and hot chocolate at reception area. Use of very large, clean swimming pool and good selection for breakfast to start your day. Good spacious rooms, family deluxe room perfect especially with teenage children.
