Renovations, nothing was opened. Very loud, complained about the noise from the above floor and the noise would get louder. We have stayed here a few time before, let’s just say we won’t be going back again. It’s too bad.

The hotel was under construction. They went out of their way to help with anything you needed but disappointed because they use to decorate beautifully for the holidays

Spacious clean suite. Staff adequate. Under construction. In spite of that, breakfast was good.

This time i paid with my points inadvance. I thought i will get the same treat. But i was wrong. When i checked IN the manager checked how i paid. As soon as he found i paid wz points he send me to the room where "" pats inroom"" one and durty not clean no extra blanket no dishes no coffe or tea dust everywhere. Moreover 2 big black Flys inside the room and towels are dark used one visible. I was so frastrated . When i came back to the frontdesck and complain the manager didn't care even and i was told tha i got what i deserve. He ment i paid by points. I m coming every month to this hotel but i never paid wz poins ever before. This was 2st time i m paying wz points and i saw how differently i was treated. This is so sadhow they treat loyal customers if you pay wz points. I kill bymyself 2 flys. And i went multiple times to the lunderyroom to get blanket which was missing in the room
