The staff left the heating Sistema on and the room was extremely hot when we arrived.
The air conditioner could not cool the room because of the heat inside and outside.
The staff helped but the experience was not what we expected.
I would not visit this property again.
I would have to say breakfast was good and the Expedia staff was very accommodating and helpful, but the hotel has properties outside the Mail building and they are not as comfortable and a regular hotel room

Posted 3 Jun 2024 on HotelsNice hotel, very friendly,and helpful staff. Room was nice sized and we had a view from our balcony. Parking was convenient with an elevator to the hotel from the parking lot. Hotel was a little noisy until about 10 or 11 PM after which it became silent.

The town was extremely beautiful. The property was very historic and antique. Our kids were alittle afraid with the paintings, they thought they were "creepy" lol. The breakfast and staff were great.

Double check spa situation

The big problem was that it is advertised as wellness&spa hotel, but 1st spa was not included in the price ans 2nd it wasn't available even we would want to pay for it. And nothing was written about that when we were booking it. So going there primarily for spa, we were very dissapointed.

Truly amazing... rented mountain bikes from a local vendor and travelled down to the Rimini coast... spectacular views. Ate at the hotel restaurant and it was Delicious. The staff and location are charming and authentic. Just what we wanted...
