I wanted a small breakfast but the waiter wasn't very helpful. I saw he was really nice with the regular customers of the hotel but not with me.
I had to get my coffee from a machine which was not working properly.....not very good coffee but expensive breakfast

Very convenient to train and grocery shopping—When I arrived the front desk person told me you had to request the shuttle 48 hrs in advance when checking out another person said 24hrs.The room was very cold and you could hear your neighbors— I literally heard the person above me sneezing. Walls in the room were filthy. Sheets had spots.Was told at check in breakfast was free when I went 4 breakfast the staff told me very loudly that it was not in front of all the guest.

Beautiful location next to the lake, conveniently located next to the train station and it takes only 20 minutes on the train to get ro Geneva. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast was great. The room is spacious and has everything you need.

Nice property. Decent very clean rooms. I got a lake view corner which has huge windows and a very good louver/ shade system.
Lobby is a bit cheap and cheerful IMO. Service is rather poor.
No one at front desk when I arrived, so it was confusing. They encouraged room service but had to come back down since no menu. Thermostat cannot be adjusted by guest by design. Airport shuttle was 15 minutes late which can matter.
Not really a good desk or dining situation in the room. Kind of a stool and a plank.
Nice sitting chair in the window corner.
