Versailles hotel rooms a the Elegancia

"I was very pleased with this hotel. The neighborhood is not upmarket but is really convenient. Staff were fabulous. Coffee was great. My room was tiny but the bed was big and it was super clean and with gorgeous wallpaper! Bathroom a little tiny as no space for toothbrush let alone cosmetics but clean and nice. Not noisy at all and very sweet. A tiny bit airless maybe but i would go again!"

"Actually a boat in the river, which I was not completely aware of and the thing actually rocks when other boats pass. So, in case you are sentitive to this, make sure you know what you book. Furthermore, this hotel/boat is well located between the metro Austerlitz and the Gare de Lyon, so very well connected to explore Paris and it's a lit of fun to be on a yacht instead of another boring hotel building. "

"This small hotel is located in an ideal location to enjoy Paris, one block from Les Halles train/metro station. The lobby, rooms, and elevator are tiny, but the staff are wonderfully helpful, the decor is tasteful, and the bed was comfortable. The extra cost breakfast was tasty and well provisioned. The street noise is less because it's a walking area. There were some items in the room that weren't working and needed repair, and we reported these to the desk when we left."
