"Great location for both Versailles itself and 40 minute train journey to Paris Clean, comfortable & well-appointed room. Nice quality restaurant. Good breakfast choices but a little pricey at €28 per person. Helpful, friendly staff throughout the business. "

"Cute historical place. Out side it’s only stairs very difficult to get checked in with baggage, not suitable for elderly or wheelchair. Staff was friendly. "

This time I notice some things that need attention: the layout of the rooms is a bit odd; the thermostat didn’t work the whole time I stayed (and when I asked for an engineer no one came); the restaurant is closed on Mondays and the bar menu is very limited. The ground floor was freezing and the service in kitchen was slow which made dining there uncomfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Lovely decor and the best location in town. I continue to say it’s the best...

"We needed a decent room for the night to explore Versailles and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Small quiet room with decent beds... a good nights sleep. Walking distance to everything with parking on site... and they let us leave the rental car in the parking lot until the afternoon so we had lot's of time to explore the palace in the morning before heading to our next destination. Great staff, great breakfast."
