Breakfast is poor, we saw the front desk person refilling the ham and cheese and other food with the bare hands which was super disgusting and not hygiene at all. The bed was horrible, it feels like your are sleeping in the floor. They also charge extra if you take the drinks from the refrigerator inside the room. Front desk person asked too many personal questions I felt interrogated. They just limit to be polite and professional.

Just across from Julieta balcony. Owner was very friendly and helpful with luggage and parking directions. He even offered to take photos for us from hotel when we were in Juliet’s balcony!

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the best parts of Verona on your doorstep, all within easy walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware, if you are arriving by car, that the hotel does not have any parking available nearby. Public parking garage is about 10-15 minutes walk away, across the river. Also, WiFi wasn’t working during our stay.
Verona is a beautiful town, well worth visiting.

Great hotel located just a few steps from Juliette’s balcony and lots of shopping and dining options. Self check in was a breeze and Christina was a joy! Thank you for the great hospitality!
