It was a wonderful stay in the large loft managed by the hotel. The loft was a good size, and it accommodated my family well. We did the paid breakfast, and I told them we would probably grab a vegan croissant for my dairy free daughter, and they got one for us for her to eat at the breakfast! Very kind staff who went out of their way to insure we had a good experience!

Nice room overall. Great shower! Great breakfast. Window covers are very thin unfortunately made it hard to sleep past 5am.

I requested and paid for a room with two beds, and upon arrival i was given a room with one bed. When I talked to the staff they said i did not request this, there is nothing they could do to fix this mistake, and it was my fault. I showed them my booking confirmation that showed I requested two beds, and they continued to say there was nothing they could do, they never received this request, it’s not their problem, etc. Only upon request of a partial refund for this error did the staff offer to add a second bed to my room. I had also paid for breakfast accommodations online, which the staff stated they also did not receive, and asked me to pay the addition of breakfast again.
