Reception staff 2 ladies could not be more pleasant and helpful, but the hotel not what we expected very dated, breakfast not good and if you are going to do it do it right! The hotel needs a big overhaul because location is perfect.

The staff was amazing. I cannot say enough how courteous and helpful, professional they are. The breakfasts were fantastic, they had everything, eggs, all types of ham and cheeses. All kinds of breads, cakes, fruits.
Anything you can think of the had.

This is a charming small hotel in great location. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous . Breakfast was delicious and convenient. Some minor street noise, but that’s to be expected in downtown area

Lovely stay in the very heart of Verona! Would come back in a heartbeat (preferably with a carry on only) no elevator up a short but round star case making large suitcases tricky)

This boutique hotel was a perfect place to stay while strolling and exploring Verona and surrounding towns. Easily walkable to the train station and anything you could want in the city ( shopping, dining, sightseeing ). It’s located right in the Piazza Erbe and it’s lively and fun, just remember to close the shutters when sleeping to block out the noise of the street below. The town itself is FULL of incredible historic sites to see. My only regret is that I didn’t bring a real camera to take better pictures. The staff was also really friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and the bed comfy.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Verona.
