"Lovely clean hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, and our balcony was a nice feature. The breakfast buffet was large and included some American fare. The location was very close to the Arena and a major bus stop connecting you to the main train station. "

The Verona energy radiated throughout our room from its modern furnishings to fun architectural flair. The hotel is in the heart of Verona. Most everything could be accessed in a 10-12 minute walk."

"Just a 30 second walk to Piazza Bra and no more than a couple of minutes to the Arena, this small hotel has great rooms equipped with everything you would expect; the staff are very friendly and helpful and is so convenient for exploring Verona and beyond. Our friends all stayed elsewhere in the city (we booked at different times) - we are all coming back to Verona and we all hope to stay at the Torcolo!"

"The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast experience needs a serious upgrade. Regular coffee, as opposed to espresso based coffees, is self into cups with no saucers. The cups very much need saucers, they are not saucer-less mugs. On both days we were there the coffee cups ran out, and the cereal bowls ran out. The service of the staff members, bar one, was reflective of holiday temps, out of place in a 5-star establishment.
