We loved the service provided by the hotel staff and the ability to.use the facilities provided by their sister hotel near the arena. We loved the bikes they provided for guest use. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Verona next time.

Very clean and convenient location. Staff are freidnly and helpful throughout. Valuable with their daily breakfast which is buffet style.

The only thing that should be changed is the yellow sign outside which makes the hotel unappealing when arriving,
Everything else is very good.
