Unexpected large deposit and the lobby smelled like a nasty bathroom. Poor customer service. The room was decent but no dishes or pot for the kitchen with stove burners. Why have a kitchen with no dishes? We wont be back.

There is a new gas station near by and USPS is just next to the motel. I I like the kitchen. But they better to improve their laundry facility.

At 1am front desk clerk sends a customer to my room by mistake and instead of realizing the room was occupied with the safety latch attached. He starts trying to push his way in.. scariest situation I've been in with my wife. We checked out. Never will go to a red roof again.

Our stay was just okay. The pictures of this property posted online are very misleading. Please note, this is a motel, NOT a hotel. The front counter was very dirty. This is the one area that should ALWAYS be clean because it is the first impression the guests receive. I saw bugs and cob webs in certain areas. The check in area is located at the same entrance as the IHOP restaurant which was very bizarre. The IHOP restroom is located near the counter of the motel, so they share a bathroom. This must be inconvenient for IHOP customers. This bathroom was small and dirty. Our room was very spacious. We stayed in a studio. Bathtub was spacious. We had problems operating the television. Property was a little sketchy. We didn’t see much people staying there and the people that were looked very odd. It didn’t come off as a family oriented place to stay. Overall it was okay.

GO ELSEWHERE!

The room was adequate but there was no housekeeping service for my entire stay. No fresh towels, bed linen changed, no bed made, no waste baskets emptied. NOTHING!

Floors in room were so dirty, your socks and shoes got black! Curtains had rips in them.Peeling paint in kitchen, soap, shampoo and hand soap dispensers empty. Homeless people living off the side of the building in the woods. I do have to say the pool area was very well kept. And NO BUGS! Thats a major plus.

The beds were clean & comfortable which is all we needed for the night. The floors desperately need to be mopped…our feet were black after walking across them. We kept our shoes on the rest of the time and had to wash our feet off w/a washcloth before getting into bed. Gross! The staff was super friendly & helpful & check-in was quick & easy!
