The property didn't have the necessary items like toothbrushes and paste. At reception, the lady was not customer-oriented and did not allow us 10 extra mins for checkout. For the bathrobes, they asked us to pick them up from the reception instead of having them delivered to the room.
The property itself has nice rooms and is maintained.

Hello, Thank you for the review. I am sorry to hear that your stay wasn't up to your expectations. We do have toothbrush's and paste for purchase at the front desk. Robes are available upon request. We do let people know that if we can't bring them to your room right away and you want them sooner then they can be picked up at receptionI see here that you checked out at 10:30am and our regular check-out time is 11am. This was my second experience with the Castle. It was excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional. It’s beautiful quiet and perfect for my needs. I will not hesitate in the future to stay again. Highly recommend!
