First time staying here, but it was a very easy and accessible hotel location. Room was incredibly spacious and clean, bed was comfy and overall quiet location given location to highway traffic. I’d recommend for sure.

The room was cleanish. The fridge had something spilled on it and not cleaned prior to our stay. The bedding was clean and the bed was okay. Pillows were nice. The feel of the room was very out dated. The bath tub had a crack in it so not sanitary to have a bath. The sink faucet was installed improperly and awkward to use. There was coffee and sugar in room but no creamer or tea. The breakfast was overpriced and not clear of what was included. The lobby was clean and bright. Front staff when checking in when asked where is a good place to eat replied with “nowhere”. Not very professional. Overall it is a place to lay your head with an okay price. If in town again I would probably look for another place to stay.

For the price we paid through Expedia we were happy with the two nights we stayed, but after looking online direct we would never pay that much money to stay at this establishment. The pictures online are not at all what the rooms are like and it was not communicated to us that the hot tub was either being condemned or not working as it had plastic over the top of it. We were hoping to check out the restaurant attached for breakfast with family but when we arrived the waiter explained there was only so many items available and the menu was confusing as we didn’t see eggs for breakfast available. We were told at one point they could do bacon, eggs, sausage and toast but when the guy came to take our order he only asked 1/4 of us “bacon, eggs, hash brown?” And then walked away so we had no idea what we were getting or any drinks. The tables were also not clean at all. The site said absolutely no smoking yet the elevator consistently smelled like smoke. The outside walls did not prevent much noise from early morning traffic and outside patrons. As I said, for the price we paid for Expedia it was fine but would not stay here again.

Overall, was a good stay. The room was clean and a good size, especially for the price. The room was not as advertised and was quite outdated compared to the pictures online. All in all though staff was friendly, the pool and sauna was nice and it was an enjoyable stay.

The room pricing at this hotel is unbelievably good, less that half of other hotels in the area. The room was spacious, and the beds were very clean. Although the floors and walls were not very clean. Since we were only staying a couple days, we didn't complain. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would probably stay here again, if the pricing was the same.

I noticed that the rooms have been upgraded and that you use European duvets - that’s an extra plus. Also the rooms were clean. There could have been more lighting in the room I had by the bedside.

I have stayed here several times over the years it’s my go to hotel for Vernon and was concerned the new ownership may make it worse. However it seems to be improving it because the staff and hotel were a little better this time. Room was clean and nice view. Pool was open this time for first time and I hope the hot tub will finally be working again as it’s not worked in last four visits. The restaraunt looks ready for use but still closed. It’s very reasonable cost wise which is my primary reason for choosing it plus location. Hopefully the rates don’t increase. Only down side this time was five buckets to catch the leak in ceiling directly outside our room but it’s an older flat roof building so bound be maintenance as long as wasn’t in the room lol My daughter and friends also use this hotel every year so we all recommend. Embrace the style and the popcorn lava ceilings in the halls it adds to the vintage feel. We will be back
