Property and surrounding area were excellent. There are so many amenities within walking distance for shopping,food,and entertainment that I didn't have to move my car once. Only complaint...the property needs more than on elevator in the main lobby area. As a flurry of guests check in and out it's a long wait for one.

nice and quiet, delicious breakfast. I always stay here when i am in lake forest. i travel twice a month to Chicago.

Great hotel. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is the only downside. It’s very awful.

I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. The property was well maintained. The only issue I encountered was when taking a shower, the curtain did not keep water from the floor. Once, this created a puddle extending out of the bath/toilet room to the hallway/wash basin area.
