This is a charming apartment in a historic village. The photo of the view does it justice, it is spectacular. The apartment has everything we needed for a weeklong stay. Marco and the property management could not have been more hospitable and available to help. It’s quiet at night with a comfortable bed. Great to have a washer. While the furnishings harkened to the 1970’s, the heating, elevator, and washer are new and top notch. Some excellent restaurants within steps. This is not the place for you if you expect the amenities of an American, corporate style hotel. Stay in Milan and take a day tour. But if you want to be at the center of the spectacular Cinque Terra, you can’t do better. Only one minus: the huge number of day trippers coming in from cruise ships and bus tours is overwhelming the town and trails from 11 am - 5 pm. But the mornings and evenings here, when the crowds are gone, are pure delight.

This stay included everything you would want (view, space, laundry abilities) and everything you wouldn't want (nasty voicemail regarding water, challenges getting luggage to location). We were not expecting glamour and specifically book this so we would have the ability to do laundry. We had challenges as the hot water wasn't working when we got there and they fixed it but left a nasty voicemail blaming it on us. The view is amazing! If you have large or a lot of luggage or a stroller, you will need multiple trips get up to the location. I would stay here again because of the view and the laundry, but I would like the warnings as noted above.

Well, we do not have ANY VOICEMAIL!!!and hot water lacked because alle the switches had been turned of by the you, we just informed, as soon as we had news that you had no hot water, that you had to turn the switches on AGAIN! And steps...luggage...it's well written there are steps and and then.. Cinque Terre have pictures spread all over the world with houses perched on the rocks One should figure out that there are steps to reach especially the properties with sea viewsWe really hope that more informed guests will approach this area in the future, otherwise complains like this one are really not acceptable!!!

Absolutely traffic location, Albeit a lot of stairs, but amazing Ocean Terrace! Staff was extremely helpful and kind when I need help with stove and internet. Internet was terrific by the way, best connection throughout our trip.

First- this propert states it is a 3 bedroom unit. This unit was falselt advertised and was not 3 bedrooms. It was one actual bedroom, a second room with an IKEA bunk bed that our daughters enjoyed but that no adult over 100 pounds could feel comfortable sleeping in. There was a 3rd pull out bed couch that was in the living room. We reserved this unit because it stated 3 bedrooms and it was anything but. When we arrived- the owner insisted our 3 daughters pay an extra 25.00 per day and all in cash insisting that it was Expedia who crafted the price and extra fee policy. But she would accept 100.00 plus an extra 40.00 cleaning fee on top of the extra 50.00 cleaning fee we already paid. We were told to pay this cash- under the table- or else we would not get the keys. Apparently all kids over age of 2 are adults in per the owner. This was a classic bait and switch up charge that the owner claimed she could not undo. This unit is not worth 310.00 a night. The master bedroom bed was like sleeping on stacking of reamed printing paper. The bathroom shower was exceedingly tight. Only one window looked out to sea- which had a great view. However, I am confident other units would have much better views from other parts of town. This- this unit best aspect, its view, could likely easily be obtained and be better most likely, at other units in town and without dealing with the hassle of this owner. Her app she provided was pointless and useless for overall.
