"I have to admit, i was skeptical when we pulled up to the motel; however, the room was nice and had a cabin-like style setup. They did a good job with the decor and my husband now wants to find a rocking chair like the one in the sleeping area. Also, we ended up with the room that has a kitchenette area which was nice and convenient to eat our meals. As noted in some other reviews, it was very quiet and the staff were friendly. I would suggest a bigger television. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay....

"Very convenient to get off and on the freeway. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. They obviously don’t vacuum everyday. Was a bit disappointed that the beds weren’t made when the towels were changed. Overall we had a good stay! "

"The only problem we had was the tv wasn't working upon arrival. The desk manager immediately came to the room. He had to restart the DISH system and then everything was fine."

"This property in the perfect location in downtown Cottonwood. You can walk to everything. We parked the car and didn’t move it all weekend. Right next to Merkin Winery with great food. "

"Great stay! Property and amenities were up to date. The breakfast was surprisingly good. And affordability for Sedona visitors were amazing. My complaint was the room had to be cleaned again because the floor was missed. And the location of our room was noisey due to it being the first door near the elevator and the pool. The walls are very thin. I recommend to anyone on a budget. It was a great experience for the price."
