The Vercelli Palace is a nice hotel. But we only found one restaurant within walking distance. But they had the best pizza of our whole trip!
The breakfast buffet at this hotel was excellent!

The restaurant and cleaning staff are nice. However, I have been traveling for years as part from my job, the worst receptionists I've ever dealt with are in this hotel, they are absolutely helpless & slackers, it's not a language barrier, they just don't want to do the simplest jobs, and if you dare to ask them politely, they don't hesitate to roll their eyes and huff & buff! It wasn't one time, many times until I was intimidated to speak to them or even make eye contact whenever I leave or arrive to the hotel! Honestly shocking.
